|Recommended: YesPerfect for my needs — Living here is perfect for my needs. First, the location. I didn't realize at first, but 950 North Shore is just 1 or two stoplights away from major highways 376, 279, 28 . Squirrel Hill 10 min drive , Lawerenceville 7 minute drive , Ross Park Mall 15 minute drive , Oakland 15 minute drive , and more are all so close and convenient. At night, the apartment is nice and quiet. I never hear my neighbors. Other residents I've encountered are pleasant and mature. The gym facility is the best I've seen, and the community room makes a nice place to go on the weekend. The loft apartment itself is fantastic. A walk in closet, large kitchen, and under-stairs storage make it practical to live here. Some things to consider the appliances washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove are not very modern, which some might find to detract from the overall experience, but I don't mind at all. If you live in a loft, it can also be a challenge to find the temperature that works for you at night vs during the day and through the seasons. Finally, if live with someone and have 2 cars and don't want to pay for an extra parking spot in the garage , it can be a little challenging to find parking on the street around the apartment in the evenings. These are all minors things that don't really detract from my overall experience. Overall, very happy with my choice.
|Recommended: YesLove it — Overall super happy with my move to 950 North Shore The only thing that was lacking was guidance during my initial move in. It would have been nice to have some type of welcome packet that explains things such as navigation from the parking garage to main building, trash room location, visitor parking, etc. All of which are relatively simple things that I figured out on my own through trial and error. Otherwise, I have no complaints- great apartments and a fantastic location

|Recommended: YesWe are glad to be here — We were greeted so warmly the day we took our tour Barbara was friendly and professional as she patiently showed us several apartments. She listened to our requirements and then led us confidently to our new home The paperwork was a breeze and moving went very well. We have settled into this beautiful historic building and just love it here.
|Recommended: YesFriendly staff and cool living space — I moved in last summer and so far I haven't experienced any real issues whatsoever. Common areas are totally accessible at all times, well kept, stylishly decorated, and nice spaces for studying, relaxing, working out or having friends over. Always available parking, be warned, very tight , and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Additionally, Patrick and Barb are super friendly as are the rest of the staff I've been traveling so I haven't had the chance to meet everyone yet . Overall, great living experience

Security and safety is a priority for living. Easy access to the trails for running, biking, and walking is wonderful. The management has been professional, helpful, and nice. Overall, this is a great place to live and I am happy to be here
